Do you have tummy skin and fat that just won’t go away? Did weight loss and/or pregnancy ruin your abdomen? If so, a tummy tuck may solve your problem and give you your confidence back.
Tummy tuck or “abdominoplasty is one of the most common plastic surgery procedures performed. It also has one of the highest satisfaction rates.
Most tummy tucks are combined with liposuction to help improve the overall contour and narrow the waist. Often, some of the removed fat is transferred to the buttocks to further improve contour and help achieve a more feminine, hourglass physique.
Tummy Tuck + Liposuction = Lipoabdominoplasty
Tummy Tuck + Liposuction + Fat transfer to buttocks = Ultimate Tummy Tuck
Tummy Tuck + Liposuction + Breast Surgery = Mommy Makeover

If you prefer, we can perform a Tubeless Tummy Tuck by adding TissuGlu to your abdominoplasty.
|Problem||Excess abdominal skin and fat. Loose stretched abdominal muscles.|
|Procedure||Dr. Brown usually performs liposuction with most tummy tucks. The entire trunk (abdomen, love handles and back) is treated with liposuction to remove the wanted fat, improve contour and make the skin highly mobile for the tummy tuck. Following liposuction to deflate the trunk, the abdominal skin becomes very mobile and the excess abdominal skin is removed along with internal tightening of the loose abdominal muscles. Dr. Brown positions the scar very low, 5-6 cm above where the labia majora meet. The scar then extends to each side only as far as needed to remove the excess skin. Usually 18-23cm to each side. The goal is to keep the scar as low and short as possible so it can be hidden in a bikini.
One drain is placed OR tissue glue is used and NO DRAIN is needed.
If desired, Dr. Brown can process the fat removed from liposuction and transfer it to deficient areas of the buttock to further improve overall body contour.
